Workspace Configuration: We store the Azure configuration details you provide (App Registration credentials, storage endpoints, search service details) to orchestrate pipeline operations within your Azure tenant.
Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage metrics such as login frequency, feature usage, and pipeline job statistics to improve the platform experience.
Contact Information: When you submit a contact form or support ticket, we collect the information you provide (name, email, subject, message).
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To provide, maintain, and improve the ChunkIQ platform
- To authenticate users and manage workspace access
- To process support requests and communicate with you
- To send important service updates and security notifications
- To analyze usage patterns and improve platform performance
3. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
Your Documents: ChunkIQ does NOT store, access, or retain any of your document content. All documents are ingested, processed, and stored entirely within your own Azure tenant. ChunkIQ only orchestrates the pipeline — your data never leaves your infrastructure.
Platform Data: Account information and workspace configurations are stored on secure, encrypted servers. Sensitive credentials (Azure keys, connection strings) are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption.
Access Controls: We implement role-based access control, secure session management, and HTTPS-only communication to protect your account.
4. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- With your explicit consent
- To comply with legal obligations or valid legal processes
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of ChunkIQ or its users
